Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized clinical services, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, tailored to clients facing major mental illnesses or emotional disorders.

• Practice collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team framework to enhance service delivery and achieve common team goals, thereby improving overall client care.

• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that acknowledges and values diverse cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and interpersonal styles of clients and colleagues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief screenings, develop integrated care plans, and facilitate access to linked services for clients and their families.

• Document treatment sessions and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery, and contribute innovative ideas to organizational development.

• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours as assigned to support clients in crisis.
\n
• Monitor progress and apply adjustments to treatment as necessary, ensuring alignment with client goals and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with clients who encounter substantial mental health challenges, including those with chronic illnesses and severe emotional disorders. By emphasizing empowerment and choice, our LCSWs contribute to clients’ recovery journeys, enhancing their overall life satisfaction and functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred.

• Proficient in risk assessment, crisis management, and clinical documentation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and external partners.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and a commitment to best practices in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
