Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to capture client mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide dynamic individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate and co-lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that address common mental health issues.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of integrated care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance at every level.

Compensation and Benefits\n
