Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required; obtaining a Life & Health Insurance License is encouraged Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance sales, business development, or producer experience within an insurance agency or brokerage environment Proven track record of developing and growing a commercial lines book of business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-based selling Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding new business production and revenue goals Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, risk management concepts, and underwriting considerations across multiple industries Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience utilizing Applied Epic or similar agency management systems, CRM platforms, and sales pipeline management tools Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to establish credibility with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and professional development opportunities Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law Work Environment:
