Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise in these systems, field service, property maintenance, and appliance repair will be essential in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems

• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation and operation of systems

• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems

• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
