Cooper Farms is hiring 1st shift General Production team members at our Cooked Meats facility in Van Wert, Ohio (Van Wert County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
• Increase to $17.75/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain knowledge of the departmental equipment and operations
• Ensure that all assigned procedures are done in an efficient manner according to production/quality/safety guidelines
• Work with others to make sure all areas are up to standard and report any abnormalities
• Accurately complete all required paperwork

No experience required. Training is provided.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand for long periods
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled and damp production area
