CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

Prime Veterinary Center is a brand-new veterinary hospital opening in North Aurora in late Summer 2026, and we're looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our founding team. As one of the first faces clients see when they enter our hospital, you'll play a key role in shaping the client experience and helping establish the welcoming, compassionate culture that will define Prime from day one.

What You'll Do:

✔ Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

✔ Coordinate patient flow and help ensure a smooth walk-in experience throughout the day

✔ Answer phones, manage client communications, and assist with scheduling needs

✔ Guide clients through check-in, check-out, and follow-up communications

✔ Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations

✔ Work closely with doctors and technicians to provide exceptional service and communication

What We're Looking For

✔ Exceptional customer service and communication skills

✔ Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, walk-in environment

✔ Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

✔ Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

✔ Veterinary, medical, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

✔ Passion for helping people and their pets
