HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER IN GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Glendale Heights, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for strengthening existing accounts while actively uncovering and pursuing new business opportunities through both inside and outside outreach. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 2 years in sales or operations within a 3PL freight-forwarding environment, experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location

Starting at $70,000-$80,000
Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
Full time schedule
Located in Glendale Heights, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

Account stewardship - nurture existing relationships and ensure customers feel supported, informed, and valued
New business development - identify opportunities, engage prospects, and drive revenue through proactive outreach
Cross-functional coordination - act as the bridge between sales and operations to ensure seamless execution
Customer quoting - prepare accurate, timely quotes aligned with service capabilities
Data management - maintain CRM and internal databases with precision
Customer review calls - lead structured conversations to assess performance, uncover needs, and strengthen partnerships

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in sales or operations within a 3PL freight-forwarding environment
Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is an asset
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is an asset
Knowledge of air and ocean transatlantic services to the U.S. is an advantage
Willingness to travel as needed
