Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through both remote and in-person sessions, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that include progress monitoring and goal setting.
\n
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and EMDR.
\n
• Document client interactions using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and comply with all HIPAA regulations regarding confidentiality.

• Be proactive in cultivating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development to remain updated on best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families, emphasizing culturally sensitive approaches. Our clients often present challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to support individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring their unique needs and experiences are respected and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish for effective communication with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in a clinical or community setting.
\n
• Demonstrable understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity towards diverse populations.
\n
• Experience in using EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or training in areas such as Trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, Grief & Loss, or Perinatal Mental Health.

• Previous experience acting as an in-network provider for health insurance panels.

• Strong motivation to develop short-term therapeutic skills for individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
