About Our Client

Privately held Jacksonville General Contractor with a reputation for repeat business and quality project delivery. Active projects include municipal, office, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

Job Description

Lead all field operations from start to finish. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety. Coordinate inspections and quality control efforts. Drive project milestones and schedule performance. Maintain communication with owners and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

Proven ground-up commercial construction experience. Stable employment history preferred. Experience with municipal, office, healthcare, or MOB projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.

What's on Offer

$90K-$110K base salary. Local projects only. Diverse commercial project portfolio. Established contractor with consistent backlog.
