Cold outreach recruiter

We're an AI-native recruiting platform working with top-tier startups in NYC and SF, many backed by A16z, Sequoia, and Y Combinator. Demand is effectively unlimited right now and we need recruiters who can fill roles fast.

You'll source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups. You'll manage your pipeline end to end, build relationships with candidates, and move them through to close. You earn a % for every successful placement with no cap. Place more, earn more.

Requirements

• Must be hungry and willing to be persistent
• Open to cold calling/ texting candidates on a consistent basis
• Strong people skills and ability to connect with candidates
