- Be the first face our patients see — warm, welcoming, and professional
- Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple specialties
- Check patients in and out , verify insurance, and collect copays
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls with poise
- Assist patients with paperwork and ensure seamless clinic flow
- Keep the front desk area organized and patient-ready at all times
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMR systems (NextGen a plus)
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
- Detail-oriented with a great attitude and work ethic
- Bilingual? Even better — but not required
- Work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals
