divh2Accounts Payable Clerk/h2pThe Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices using automated systems, general ledger systems, and established workflows. This role focuses on accurate data entry, invoice review, exception handling and timely processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls./ppSalary Range: $21.13 to 31.69/hr/ppThe actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled./ppDepartment: Finance/Accounting/ppLocation: Wauconda, Illinois/ppWork Arrangement: Hybrid/ppReporting To: Controller/ppProcess high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and payment terms./ppRespond to vendor inquiries via phone and email regarding invoice status, payments, and account balances./ppPrepare and submit payment files for check, ACH, and wire transfers in coordination with banking requirements and internal controls./ppPerform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and completeness./ppSupport and lead initiatives related to process automation and enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls./ppSupport internal and external audit requests for data/ppEnsure all accounts payable deadlines are met in alignment with month?end and year?end close schedules established by management./ppAssist with month?end close activities, including invoice cutoff, accrual support, and reporting preparation./ppMaintain and update vendor master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards./ppPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs./p/div
