Housing Navigator: Permanent Housing Access
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a Housing Navigator in Santa Monica to join the Coordinated Entry team. You will work in the field and with Interim Housing sites to help clients identify, apply for, secure, and move into permanent housing, reporting to the Program Manager for timely documentation submission. You will manage 20-25 clients, develop housing plans, ensure HMIS data entry, gather required documents, and liaise with housing providers and landlords to expand permanent housing #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
