Housing Navigator - Permanent Housing Access
The People Concern
The People Concern is hiring a Housing Navigator to support the Department of Mental Health Interim Housing Program. You will manage a field-based caseload, helping clients identify, apply for, and secure permanent housing while coordinating with multiple partners in Los Angeles. The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with housing paperwork, and the ability to collaborate across teams. This is a full-time, non-management position based at our Westside Santa Monica site. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
