Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a patient-centered approach for each individual.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure the most effective care is being provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices that support mental health recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other medical professionals, to provide integrated treatment plans that address the full spectrum of client needs.

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including those from vulnerable backgrounds such as homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
