Our practice emphasizes flexibility during weekday business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with some adaptability needed based on patient care requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, utilizing structured diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies tailored to each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide array of mental health issues, providing a safe environment for expression and support.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to inform patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering support and guidance during mental health emergencies while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings, staying current with advancements in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, providing care to individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Your work will primarily focus on fostering therapeutic alliances and delivering impactful treatment that caters to the unique experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques, with relevant hands-on experience.

• Ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

• Experience delivering therapy in both individual and group settings, preferably in telehealth formats.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
