Patient Care Coordinator | McKinney, TX (Onsite) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in McKinney, Texas . This is a contract-to-hire position with a growing healthcare organization. Position Details Location: McKinney, TX (100% Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience) Type: Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service Complete patient check-in and check-out processes Verify demographics and insurance information Obtain pre-authorizations and pre-certifications as needed Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles Manage cash drawer and daily deposits Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling Process walk-in patients and visitors Maintain and manage medical records, including scanning and filing Help maintain a clean and organized lobby area Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous EMR/EHR experience required Knowledge of medical terminology Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with general office procedures Basic Microsoft Office proficiency Professional, compassionate, and clear communication style Ability to operate standard office equipment Benefits of Working with Adecco Weekly pay 401(k) plan Skills training opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefits Interested?
