To support the scheduling needs of members, the remote Scheduler will coordinate video conferencing appointments with the care team while managing timelines in a centralized database and optimizing scheduling processes. Key responsibilities Coordinating and scheduling member meetings with the care team Managing member meeting timelines in a centralized database Partnering with the practice management operations team to refine scheduling processes and technology Required qualifications College degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in customer service and scheduling Healthcare experience is a plus Experience working remotely Ability to navigate Google spreadsheets
