Our client is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support a busy payroll team with high-volume data entry and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Enter and verify high-volume payroll data with accuracy
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain payroll documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Review information for errors and ensure records are complete
- Support the payroll team with additional projects and coverage as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with high-volume data entry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
