Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following ethical and legal guidelines to ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate effectively on client cases, sharing insights and best practices to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the mental health field.
