Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a medical laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
