Are you someone who takes pride in staying organized, working outdoors, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Receiver to join our Kingston lumber yard team. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring materials are accurately received, inspected, and stored so our customers and crews have the products they need when they need them.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments from vendors for accuracy, damage, and shortages.
• Verify deliveries against receiving documents and report any discrepancies.
• Document and process returned goods when necessary.
• Safely unload, move, and organize incoming materials within the yard and storage areas.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately and routed to the appropriate department.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous receiving, warehouse, lumber yard, or material handling experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including unloading and moving materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety.
