Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership as the OR Nurse Lead, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and OR staff.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel, using professional judgment and supervisory discretion.
- Ensure patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care that supports positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while maintaining patient safety.
- Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of the patient experience within the OR.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and safe perioperative processes.

Requirements
- Extensive operating room nursing experience
- Prior unit-based leadership or nurse lead experience in the perioperative setting
- Ability to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing and ancillary personnel
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with physicians and OR staff
- Ability to work in a leadership role on a travel assignment
- Active RN license (licensure in the applicable state)
