Estamos buscando cocineros de línea experimentados para unirse a nuestro equipo en Xixòn, un restaurante español auténtico y muy concurrido, conocido por ofrecer platos excepcionales y sabores vibrantes. ¡Si te gusta trabajar en un ambiente dinámico, tienes pasión por la cocina española y te especializas en técnicas de salteado, queremos conocerte!
Lo Que Buscamos:
Al menos 2 años de experiencia como cocinero de línea en una cocina de alto volumen.
Sólida experiencia trabajando en la estación de salteado.
Pasión por la cocina española auténtica y conocimiento de ingredientes tradicionales españoles.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
Trabajo en equipo con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
Horario flexible, incluyendo disponibilidad para noches y fines de semana.
Responsabilidades:
Preparar y ejecutar platos según los estándares y recetas del restaurante, especialmente en la estación de salteado.
Mantener la estación de trabajo limpia y organizada en todo momento.
Cumplir con estrictos protocolos de limpieza y saneamiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de todas las normativas de seguridad alimentaria.
Ayudar con tareas de limpieza profunda y mantener el equipo de cocina en óptimas condiciones.
Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar un servicio eficiente y fluido.
