We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team who understands and can provide services such as order entry, daily tasks, and inside sales. In this role as a team player, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B clients, providing exceptional service, sales, and support. You will utilize your communication skills and sales experience to foster relationships, resolve inquiries, and drive business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Utilize Excel and/or CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
• Conduct outbound calls for warm calling initiatives to follow up on leads and enhance customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for B2B sales and technical sales support.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and close sales opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge and support ensuring customers understand the benefits of our offerings and to take care of their needs..
• Assist in marketing efforts by promoting services during customer interactions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills while interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and inside sales roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on B2B sales and telemarketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and effectively.
• Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus.
