Clinical Nurse Supervisor (Healthcare) Birchwood Cottages is a memory care community dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals with memory impairments. We are currently seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the health and well-being of seniors, have strong clinical assessment skills, and be able to work collaboratively with both our clinical and non-clinical teams. Position Summary: The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision of resident care services within the community. This position is one of two Clinical Nurse Supervisor roles and works in close partnership with the second Clinical Nurse Supervisor each day to ensure consistent clinical operations, regulatory compliance, resident-centered care, and staff support. Together, the Clinical Nurse Supervisors provide shared leadership of the clinical department, partnering closely with the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), healthcare providers, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
