Infectious Disease Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infectious Disease physician to join our team at an esteemed academic medical center in NYC. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of 3 infectious disease physicians.
• Engage in a 50/50 mix of inpatient and outpatient care.
• Collaborate closely with specialists and a large primary care and referral team.
• Maintain a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends required.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule with 4 providers for evening or weekend telephone calls.
• Contribute to the teaching hospital environment, working with medical students and an internal medicine residency program.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Infectious Disease required.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) required.
• Valid New York State License.
