Senior Accountant

You've put in 3+ years in public accounting. You know how to prepare business and personal returns, reconcile a balance sheet, and manage your own workload. About the role Prepare and review business and individual tax returns across a genuinely varied client base, including real estate, medical, and start-up clients to name a few Work directly with clients from day one. You're on the client engagement team, not in a production line. Handle general accounting work and balance sheet reconciliations for business clients. Take on tax research and multi-state work as your skills grow (experience here is a plus, not a requirement). Get direct access to partners and seasoned professionals who invest in your growth. Most of our team is in the office 3 days a week outside of tax season with optional shortened Fridays during the summer months. What we're looking for CPA, EA, or active CPA candidate 3+ years of public accounting experience Competency in business and personal tax preparation and general accounting Curiosity and a willingness to tackle unfamiliar challenges.
