Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outstanding virtual psychotherapy sessions (45-50 minutes each) to a panel of patients, applying your clinical expertise to facilitate meaningful progress.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient symptoms and risk factors to establish accurate diagnoses and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Participate in the design and launch of our virtual-first cardiac recovery program, ensuring integration of best practices guided by current literature.

• Engage in ongoing reevaluation and adjustment of treatment plans, prioritizing patient safety and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize behavioral change techniques such as mindfulness and motivational interviewing to empower patients in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Work closely with our integrated clinical team and partner health systems to foster effective communication and address any unusual or emergent situations promptly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
