The sales process for Molly Maid involves cultivating relationships, understanding customer needs, and building trust. The goal is to establish the estimator as a trusted advisor, leading to long-term client relationships and success.

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting daily office operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through ongoing service. The Sales Representative manages sales activities, conducts in-home estimates, follows up on leads and proposals, coordinates customer onboarding, resolves customer concerns, oversees quality assurance follow-up, supports marketing initiatives, and maintains accurate customer and sales records. Additionally, the position assists with operational support functions, including marketing material inventory management and distribution, vendor coordination, customer communications, and administrative record keeping, while promoting company standards and customer retention.

Compensation: $40,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience and performance.

Minimum requirements to be considered for this Sales and Estimating position:

• Sales or client service experience preferred but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License
• Complete a background check
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
