SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is seeking a driven Direct Sales Representative to grow residential and small business customers for our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. In this field-based role, you'll prospect door-to-door, assess customer needs, and promote Astound's fiber-rich broadband, advanced WiFi, and streaming solutions. You'll own a territory, build local community relationships, and collaborate with Sales & Business Development teammates to hit aggressive sales targets. Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and small business customers for Astound's internet, TV, and phone services through door-to-door and field-based sales.
• Conduct needs assessments, explain fiber-rich broadband and Wi
• Fi solutions, and recommend appropriate packages.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, and customer information in CRM tools.
• Deliver professional in-person and virtual presentations on Astound's products and promotions.
• Build strong local community relationships and represent Astound at neighborhood and community events.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teammates to share best practices and optimize territory coverage.
• Provide timely follow-up and excellent customer service to ensure a smooth installation and onboarding experience.
• Stay current on Astound's product features, pricing, promotions, and competitive landscape.
• Adhere to all company policies, ethical selling standards, and regulatory guidelines.
