Our client is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with 2-4 years of experience to join their team and support residential real estate transactions, closings, title reviews, and client coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of due diligence and closing processes for residential purchases, sales, and refinances.
Draft real estate documents; review and summarize title examinations and title commitments.
Prepare and distribute closing packages and disbursements.
Coordinate attorneys, clients, agents, and lenders to schedule and complete closings.
Manage high-volume caseloads, client files, follow-ups, appointments, and attorney/staff requests while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies required.
2-4 years of experience handling residential real estate transactions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Qualia, and PracticePanther.
Spanish fluency preferred.
Reliable transportation required; must be able to travel between office locations as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on relevant experience.
Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
Location: Ludlow, MA - in-person work required, with scheduled remote days possible after training.
