Welder

Insight Global is seeking experienced Welders for a manufacturing client. These candidates will perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of products while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints, taking precise measurements, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting production goals. Aluminum welding experience is highly preferred for this role. Standard hourly rates start at $19-21/hr with raises and advancement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience with aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable using basic hand tools daily, with ability to read a tape measure
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with early morning shifts


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• CNC machine shop experience, or any other fabrication experience
Manufacturing or industrial production experience
