Join Bumble Bees Academy, a premier Early Childhood Education Center in Springboro, as we seek qualified candidates for Lead Teacher / Assistant Teacher positions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth and development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, as you execute, plan, supervise, and implement curriculum-based programs. You will collaborate with the team to design teaching tools, build relationships with families, and create an environment that fosters play and learning.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community of parents and children. Bumble Bees Academy Early Learning Center offers a safe, loving environment for children aged six weeks to fifth grade. As a full or part-time Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and secure atmosphere for our young charges. This involves supervising, planning, and implementing activities that cater to the diverse needs of children from six weeks to 10 years old. You will work as a collaborative team member, assisting with daily operations and multi-tasking to ensure a seamless experience.

Work experience in licensed child care settings.

Willing to be flexible and motivated to change kids' lives through playful learning.

Relevant certifications such as the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field are highly desirable. These qualifications will not only enhance your teaching skills but also contribute to the academic excellence and high standards of our center.
