Payroll Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting HR and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Payroll AnalystLocation: Cleveland, OH
Pay Range: $38-$45/hr
Duration: 3months (potential to extend) What's the Job?
- Prepare and process payroll for team members
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional support to staff regarding payroll inquiries
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
