Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing follow-up as needed. Conduct needs-based conversations and account reviews to help customers understand available insurance options. Develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving individual and agency goals.
