This role will manage a high-potential territory covering the SouthWest United States. You'll connect with customers and help them discover how our products and solutions can take their business to the next level.

• Hunt and Close : Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.

• Grow Key Accounts : Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering tailored, solution-based selling that builds trust.

• Showcase Our Value : Present products and solutions with confidence—demonstrating features, benefits, and ROI in a way that resonates.

• Own the Sales Cycle : From lead to contract, manage every step of the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Hit the Numbers : Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide growth goals.

• Stay Sharp : Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.

• Deliver Excellence : Provide outstanding support before, during, and after the sale—ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align goals and improve the customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but a strong sales record speaks volumes too.

• Meat processing experience a plus.

• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or related field; food or ingredient industry background a plus.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
