Now we're building the team that scales it.The RoleSenior Engineer at Foundation Health means hands-on, high-ownership work. You'll contribute to system design, take on complex features end-to-end, and care about the quality of what ships — not just whether your ticket is closed.You'll work closely with Staff engineers and directly shape how we build. This isn't a "execute the spec" role.What You'll Be DoingWriting clean, well-considered code on a modern Node/TypeScript/GCP stack — no legacy baggage. Picking up hard problems, producing solid design docs, and reviewing your peers' work in a way that actually helps them improve.We're not precious about your current stack. A strong engineer can pick up a new language almost immediately — we care far more about how you think and what you've built.You'll use AI tools as a natural part of how you work — Cursor, Claude — and contribute to features that incorporate AI directly.
