Timberland: Supervisor - Willowbrook Mall

Job Overview As a Supervisor at Timberland, you play a key role in supporting the store’s leadership team and driving a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards, while working with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture. Responsibilities Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Support the store team in exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against key performance indicators and achieving individual targets. Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer‑centric mindset through authentic customer interactions. Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals and high levels of customer engagement. Supervise daily store operations—including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation. Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor. Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback and support. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product replenishment aligns with brand directives. Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices. Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events. Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning. Qualifications 1+ year(s) of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals. Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Solution‑oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic retail environment. Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools. Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight. Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range: $20.00 – $30.00 USD per hour. Incentive Potential: Eligible for an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
