Asset Management -Senior/Analyst (Real Estate)

Job Description
\nOur client is a large/well-known Private Equity Firm that invest primarily in Real Estate and Real Estate related investments, currently seeking to add a highly motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to their growing Asset Management Team. This opportunity is very well suited for a young star who has passion for Real Estate and is looking for a highly reputable Real Estate/Private Equity Firm.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting real estate Asset Management team (must possess superior modeling and written and verbal communication skills). This team will touch all Asset Classes (Real Estate) and encompass the following responsibilities:
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities \n
- Create detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments \n
- Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models. \n
- Prepare investment Committee Research presentation materials \n
- Assist with due diligence on all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors \n
- Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates \n
- Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis \n
- Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams \n
- Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- Minimum of 1+ years Valuations/Asset Management/Investment Banking or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate) experience \n
- 1+ years of Real Estate related experience mandatory \n
- Top Academic pedigree \n
- Real Estate Asset Management (or similar) strongly preferred \n
- Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills \n
- ARGUS Modeling experience required \n
- Superior written and verbal communication skills \n
