Commercial Real Estate Attorney | Manhattan, New York City

\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Advise developers, institutional investors, family offices, private equity sponsors, lenders, landlords, and owners on sophisticated commercial real estate matters \n
- Handle commercial acquisitions and dispositions \n
- Work on complex office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing transactions \n
- Assist with development projects and joint ventures \n
- Advise on borrower and lender-side real estate finance matters \n
- Support asset management and portfolio transactions \n
- Provide strategic commercial advice to high-profile real estate investors and owners \n
- Take ownership of transactions, negotiate directly with counterparties, and work closely with highly regarded partners \n
What You'll Need
\n- \n
- 4+ years' commercial real estate experience gained at a respected law firm \n
- Admission to the New York Bar \n
- A passion for commercial leasing, particularly within the New York market \n
- Experience handling sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance matters \n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills \n
