- Experience handling complex commercial real estate and finance transactions. \n
- Familiarity with mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hospitality, and related commercial real estate transactions. \n
- Strong document drafting, negotiating, and document management related to acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate development, financing, or joint ventures. \n
- The ability to manage multiple transactions while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues on real estate development and joint ventures. \n
- A proactive, business-minded approach to delivering practical legal solutions. \n
