Senior Business Analyst/Data Developer We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst/Data Developer to support enterprise data modernization and data platform initiatives. This role focuses on gathering and translating business and technical requirements, supporting data solutions, and collaborating across data architecture, engineering, business, quality assurance, and analytics teams. This is a hybrid position in the Quincy, MA, area. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this location. Please note: No C2C, subcontracting, or visa sponsorship of any kind is available for this position. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in data analysis, requirements gathering, data warehousing, and healthcare data. This person should be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of requirements and collaborative solutions. The role will also support cloud data services, establish documented best practices, and contribute to enterprise data modernization efforts. Duties and Responsibilities Plan, develop, and document functional, technical, and business requirements for projects of varying complexity. Create business and technical documentation to support development and end-user communities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to project plans and delivery schedules in coordination with project leadership. Communicate milestones and delivery timelines based on capacity and priorities. Support timely delivery of solutions that meet defined requirements and expectations. Investigate, design, and implement business solutions and enhancements to existing data platforms. Perform complex data analysis and translate business needs into data, warehouse, and BI solutions. Support training to ensure end users understand data platforms, reporting tools, and related solutions. Work with architects, developers, project managers, and analysts to translate requirements into use cases and technical solutions. Gather and analyze user requirements and business processes. Participate in requirements and solution review sessions related to data platform implementations. Lead presentations of requirements analysis and findings to management, technical, analytical, and business stakeholders. Cross-train peers in relevant subject matter and technical areas. Minimum Qualifications Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining end-to-end data platform requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and propose solutions to technical stakeholders, vendors, and business users. Experience working with sensitive healthcare information and knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy controls. Strong knowledge of data warehouses and enterprise data solutions. Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills. Experience presenting analytical results and recommendations to technical, business, and management stakeholders. Experience translating business needs into data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud database platforms such as Snowflake. Strong SQL query skills. Working knowledge of at least one business intelligence tool, such as Tableau or Cognos. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience. Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience. Snowflake experience. Tableau reporting experience.
