Information Technology Business Analyst 5504

Key Qualifications 5+ years of IT, cybersecurity, business analysis, process analysis, or technical writing experience Strong process documentation and business analysis skills Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001 Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Document security policies, procedures, SOPs, workflows, playbooks, and runbooks Analyze current processes and recommend improvements Support governance, compliance, and audit readiness efforts Gather requirements and create reports, dashboards, and process documentation Track security initiatives, risks, and process improvement projects Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST (Works HYBRID onsite AS NEEDED) Location: Quincy, Massachusetts (occasional local travel may be required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Tier4 Group
