What You'll Learn in Our MIT Program:


Coaching and leading a team of stylists


Daily operations: scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing


Delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience

Understanding the numbers: salon metrics and profitability


Qualifications:


Valid Illinois cosmetology or barber license


At least one year of salon experience preferred


Positive attitude and strong communication skills


Desire to grow into a management role
