Job Overview

This role sits at the center of Vasion's next chapter of growth. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will scale Vasion's ABM strategy across our priority verticals, from campaign activation through pipeline generation, turning target account engagement into the revenue that fuels the company's growth. This is a senior role for a marketer with hands-on ABM experience, strong data and analytical skills, and a track record of turning strategy into pipeline results, serving as a strategic partner to Sales and partnering closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Paid Media, and internal creative teams to keep investment aligned to shared goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Activation & ABM Strategy

• Lead ABM strategy and activation across priority verticals, partnering with Sales on account prioritization and targeting.
• Build and run vertical-specific campaigns grounded in deep persona and segment knowledge.
• Own the campaign calendar and brief process for assigned verticals, sequencing programs to meet pipeline needs throughout the year.
• Stay ahead of shifts in ABM technology, targeting capabilities, and the broader digital marketing landscape, and apply what's relevant to keep Vasion's campaigns and tech stack current.

Data & Performance

• Build campaign performance views and dashboards connecting activity to account engagement, pipeline, and revenue; use data and intent signals to continuously optimize.
• Analyze business, pipeline, and paid media performance, including seasonality and vertical-specific trends, to shape where and when campaigns run.
• Bring pipeline and performance trends into quarterly planning to guide where budget and campaigns shift next.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Paid Media to align investment with revenue priorities and track results.
• Be the senior subject matter expert on ABM and account practices, mentoring teammates and shaping how the Growth Marketing team runs campaigns.

Communication & Executive Presence

• Turn campaign data into insights and recommendations that give Marketing and Sales leadership visibility into what is influencing our pipeline.
• Build and present strategic points of view and frameworks; comfortable presenting directly to senior leadership.

Requirements

Campaign Activation & ABM Experience

• 7+ years in B2B or SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with hands-on ABM campaign activation, including audience segmentation, target account lists, personas, and ABM technologies.
• A track record of running vertical marketing campaigns and writing campaign briefs, with direct experience on programmatic advertising platforms.

Data Fluency

• Skilled at analyzing business, pipeline, and paid media performance metrics, including seasonality and vertical-specific trends.
• A track record of using data and insights to improve campaign performance.

Cross-Functional & Sales Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales and turn Sales priorities into marketing action.
• Sharp cross-functional instincts, with experience partnering across Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Content, and Sales to move projects forward.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropped handoffs.

Communication & Presentation

• Confident communicator and presenter, with the ability to build strategic POVs and frameworks and present to senior leadership.
• A track record of researching, evaluating martech platforms, ABM tools or frameworks, or industry trends and turning that knowledge into recommendations the team can act on.
