Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2650 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Driver license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Credentials: Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score; 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Cerner test-out and training checklist with signed attestation required.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: Cardiac telemetry unit caring for cardiac patients including post-op care. Supported by PCTs, a healthcare unit coordinator/unit secretary, virtual sitter monitoring, and monitor techs for telemetry monitoring.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
