• 7 on/7 off schedule -- Monday start, Sunday end
• 16 - 20 patients per day in acute psychiatric unit
• Hospital-based inpatient practice -- 100% inpatient
• Ability to supervise residents and sign off notes for 1 APP on shift
• Involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application required
• Pharmacotherapy required -- group and family therapy preferred
• Residency program on site
• 75% adult, 25% pediatric patients -- pediatric age range 5+
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
