Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe space for open dialogue and personal growth.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to cater to diverse client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting a diverse client base, which may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse issues. Many of our clients have limited access to mental health services, so your role is critical in providing them with compassionate care that promotes healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
