Hyperconverged Infrastructure Engineer

Eagle Harbor Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Hyperconverged Infrastructure Engineer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support EHS and our government customer in Washington, DC. Eagle Harbor Solutions is seeking experienced, motivated, career and customer oriented Hyperconverged Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This candidate will be part of a team that supports an enterprise data center with 3000+ Virtual Machines. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties Design, implement and maintain VMware-based infrastructure and related storage troubleshoot and resolve storage level problems. Provide day to day data management and operational support for distributed data systems, including the entire data life cycle of planning; device and component preparation; solution testing; data placement; backup retention, recall, recovery; and deletion. Focus upon compliance obligations, security, capacity planning, performance, and reporting. Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expert knowledge of VMware Experience with Hyper-converged systems such as Dell, EMC, VXRail Expert knowledge of VSAN Bachelor’s Degree in related-field or equivalent experience plus 5-10 years of hands‑on experience.
